Why stainless steel?
Stainless steel is the ideal material for outdoor showers. It does not rust, withstands frost and UV radiation, is easy to clean, and looks the same after ten years as it did on day one. All garden showers by Michael Krauss are made from premium stainless steel (V2A) — robust enough for decades outdoors, yet understated enough to fit any garden style.
Handcrafted, not mass-produced
Every garden shower in our range is handcrafted. Michael Krauss — a trained blacksmith and graduate of the Munich Academy of Fine Arts — works each piece personally. That means: no assembly-line weld seams, no cheap plastic at the joints, no compromises on wall thickness. Fittings and shower heads come from established manufacturers — chosen for longevity and good availability of spare parts.
Cold water or hot water?
Our garden showers come in three series: Rondo (round, classic), Longo (rectangular, modern), and Quero (square, minimalist) — each available as a cold-water or hot-water version. The cold-water version connects directly to a garden hose or outdoor tap. The hot-water version requires both hot and cold water supply lines plus a thermostatic mixer — ideal for families with children, wellness areas, or heated pools.
Care and winter preparation
Stainless steel needs little maintenance — an occasional rinse with clear water is enough in most cases. Stubborn limescale can be removed with standard stainless-steel cleaner. Before the first frost, the water should be drained from the pipes to prevent frost damage to the fittings.

Which garden shower fits my pool?
For pool areas we recommend the cold-water models of the Rondo or Longo series. They connect easily to the existing pool supply line and visually match the clean lines of modern pool installations. If you want year-round comfortable showering, choose the hot-water version.
Can the garden showers be used as sauna showers?
Yes, all our stainless-steel outdoor showers are also suitable as cool-down showers after the sauna. The robust construction easily handles the constant switch between heat and cold water.
Are the garden showers available in special sizes?
